Recruitment Beyond Borders
The capital is home to the recruitment company Beyondo, a Swedish-Dutch duo that has long been an expert in recruiting international talent for companies in Sweden. They are driven and passionate about the person behind the resume. They put together essential puzzle pieces for employees and employers, helping them overcome cultural barriers.
Co-owner Karin Björkman Tendijck contacted me about starting their own business in 2022. We brainstormed company names, exchanged experiences, and spat out ideas. Keywords included human, partner, easy-going, puzzle piece, ochre-coloured, and friendly.
